Hi, my name is Fiona Ashworth. I am a Clinical Psychologist, specialising in services that support people who are recovering from brain injury. In the face of such major life events like suffering from a brain injury, many people struggle emotionally to find a sense of peace and calmness. In my clinical work, I often encourage people to create mental imagery to help them soothe themselves, especially at moments of stress, disappointment, and emotional difficulties. As a collaborator on the Project Soothe, I am really interested in finding out what sort of images people find soothing. Thank you very much in advance for supporting our project!
